One of the top notch Potbelly sandwich shops. Line out the door as usual. I appreciate all of their hard work.
I frequent this location, and I have never had a bad experience. April, who I assume is the manager, has excellent customer service, along with the other ladies on the sandwich line. I had a slight issue with my order, and she was very accommodating in getting it fixed. I usually do online orders since this location gets pretty busy during the lunch rush. But the employees get it done!
I ordered the wreck, and it was missing half the meats. I'm done with shrinkflation and potbelly
First time in potbelly on l st nw. Phenomenal service, staff was outstanding and the soup (broccoli and cheese ) is the bomb. When I am downtown this is my store.
