The employee's is very very nice
I ordered a TURKEY sandwich and cookie from here not too long ago. Fairly simply order you’d think. As I opened my sealed bag of food I noticed immediately the cookie was missing. The receipt on the bag clearly says what the exact order is. Obviously I was disappointed but at least I still had a sandwich to enjoy. Big guy makn the sandwiches was kinda rude but the little girl cashing us out was worse. 1st time here and can say customer service was horrible enough to not come back. Soup was amazing but its pre-made. Subs were ok.
Food was good but staff wasn’t. So sorry this was my first time ordering from Potbelly, god forbid I take my time. The sandwich maker and the cashier (very condescending) had such bad attitudes. I left knowing I won’t be back.
