Very little meat/veggies for the huge roll.
Every single time we try to order from here our order somehow gets messed up. Today I tried one last time to place an order for delivery; checked everything prior to submission, and then it switched me to a pickup order. No thanks. Furthermore, the fact that I can't come in to the lobby to get my food is infuriating. Covid is OVER. Some people don't hear well and having to go through the drivethrough is incredibly challenging. Never again. We're done with this Potbelly location.
Love this location! Quick with orders and great staff. Had a problem with an online order for the first time and that was resolved no problem. Delicious food, speedy service, clean location.
The sandwiches are delicious. And I accidentally spilled my shake and they kindly replaced it. That is excellent service.
