By far my favorite sandwich shop. They always do a great job and they are always super friendly!!
We usually try to be positive about this place but every time we order here we get the wrong food. After telling them twice at the drive through intercom and a third time at the window. Sadly will not be getting food here anymore
Just yesterday my employer treated myself as well as my fellow associates and managers to a spread from Potbelly. This was in fact my very first experience with this brand. I am beyond grateful to my employer for giving us the opportunity to experience Potbelly at no cost to their employees. All the food in its entirety was amazing. I am now looking forward with great anticipation to visiting a Potbelly location for myself soon.
Spent about $17 for a sandwich, chips and a drink. The "prime rib" sandwich was inedible. Every bite was filled with tough, hard, crunchy, fat. Very low quality. Definitely should have gone to 5 Guys.
