Used to love this location but I don’t see the point of having a phone in store but never answering it, especially during non peak times. It just gives careless and inattentive
Horrible attention. Rude and violent attention. Bad food. Dont go.
Hector doesnt want to be there. I just left this Potbelly location and had my order taken by Hector. Yall either gotta pay him more money so he can he happier or let him go. Hector is miserable. I told the guy at the register to make sure he encourages Hector to smile. I know customer service is stressful but Hector needs something else.
Horrible service. Workers were rude and very uncalled for.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with the Potbelly's today. My boyfriend said that no one was allowed in the store when he arrived to pick up our order and that there were around 20 people waiting outside. A few people stated that they had been waiting for their food for 40 minutes. Our pick up order was said to only need 10 minutes. I understand that things happen.
