Gentleman working the counter tonight was excellent. The young lady working with him on the other hand with the locs…not so much. She watched me come in and didn’t even let the gentleman know I was waiting. She stayed on the phone the entire time me, paying me no mind. I even tried to get her attention and she just straight ignored me. Thankfully the gentleman was very apologetic on her behalf and gave exceptional customer service. Delicious sandwiches and chips at this cute little restaurant.
Yesterday at around 5pm the staff was extremely disrespectful. They saw me enter the restroom, attempted to barge in on me shortly after, and loudly banged on the door not long after. I have seen the other negative reviews, please address your staff issue. Note, the only staff member who was decent was the man working by the door at the time.
