First time trying it had the wreck sandwich which was good also got chicken pot pie soup also good
I usually enjoy Potbelly, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered two sandwiches but canceled one. When I went to pick up my order, they gave me the correct sandwich and assured me I’d receive a refund for the canceled one within three business days. A week passed, and I still hadn’t received my refund, so I called customer service. Unfortunately, I was put on hold multiple times, told to “wait,” and ultimately ignored. I come here weekly, and I usually rave about the sandwiches here. Today, my sandwhich was very dried out. Bread was stale, barely any mayo. It was just a sloppy job all the way around. I decided to try a salad and this is what I immediately saw. The huge chunk of blue cheese was grossly solid.... I may or may not give this place another try. Heavily disappointed, not to mention lost my appetite and got sick to my stomach.
There was a large, dirty looking piece of plastic in my sandwich.
TERRIBLE! the order was completely wrong, the manager did nothing to fix order..."had to contact GM" and never heard back. Save your money and go next door to Chic Fila!!! @potbelly - you should have responded when I called the store to discuss the issues or when i emailed the address you just left. That was all 2 weeks ago, amd did not recieve a call or email back. You waited until you were publicly called out.
