The store manager was extremely rude. I’m going to try to make it a point to order when she’s not around cause usually the customer service is on point here. I love coming in and seeing all the employees like Paul, Omar and Jeremy. Too bad this location can’t seem to hold staff, probably due to the treatment from the store manager. She needs to be trained in how to treat people because it’s a disgrace on what she thinks what customer service is. Disgusting.
The girls there on Sundays, in the evening have a bad attitude, like they're there to do you a favor, no feed back, no recommendation on the food, it's like they want you to hurry up and order, so they can be done with you. 'Cause you're wasting their time! As a sandwich shop, Eatzis leaves them biting the dust.
They don’t have any meat items. Want chicken? Too bad they are out. Want turkey? Too bad they are out. Want cheese? Too bad they are out. No clue what they are selling.
Second time I’ve ordered a “Big” sandwich via the mobile app, come home, and it being the smallest one. Very tiny. Hope it’s not the quality going down, but for an extra $5, it’s not worth it.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here . The team members were super nice and friendly and the environment was extremely relaxing . The food was very good . My new favorite spot.
