I’m a big Potbelly fan! We live in Houston but were visiting this weekend and went in for lunch. I get the Apple Walnut salad every time and my husband enjoys the Chix salad salad. As usual, the service was great. Friendly and professional and the food is always delicious!’
This place is hit or miss. My food is never fully cooked. I like the chicken club but I won’t order it when it’s busy anymore. Even when I order it to eat at the location, the chicken is never fully heated and the bacon is always under cooked. I don’t enjoy having to pick food off the meal I payed for because it might make me sick. I have to order during slow hours to avoid my sandwich being slapped together quickly. Please address issues as it has happened MULTIPLE times so I know it is not a fluke.
The store manager was extremely rude. I’m going to try to make it a point to order when she’s not around cause usually the customer service is on point here. I love coming in and seeing all the employees like Paul, Omar and Jeremy. Too bad this location can’t seem to hold staff, probably due to the treatment from the store manager. She needs to be trained in how to treat people because it’s a disgrace on what she thinks what customer service is. Disgusting.
