Potbelly downtown is awesome! The staff are amazing. Thanks to Krystal and folks for working as a team to make my daily food experience amazing!
The staff are the stars here, always great. Unfortunately, the building ownership is now requiring non-tenants to sign in to come into this location, which isn't a requirement at any other sandwich shop downtown that I'm aware of.
Other potbelly locations take note.... THIS LOCATION MAKES THE BEST SANDWICHES. THEEEEEEE BEST. Pls don't switch up on us. Oh and jersey Mike's? I don't know what to tell ya but if you see this yall better come down here and get one of these.
Emily helped me with the best attitude and made sure my order was hot and ready to go 🙏🏽 i was in a rush and she helped me so much!
