This was my first time at this Potbelly location and my visit was made even better by the awesome customer service. The sandwiches were fresh and the atmosphere was awesome. But what really stood out were the employees, Samma and Dom. They were both really friendly, efficient and had good energy. Samma made my sandwich perfectly and Dom was quick to ring me up and had a cheerful goodbye! Great food, Great crew I'll definitely be back.
It was the first time being there. I like my sandwich and my husband love his.
Went there yesterday. It was good food and atmosphere- but they overcharged me for my meal. I ordered a skinny, chips and a malt. They charged me for chips and a drink and a malt. When I only got a malt. So my total was $15.01 for something I didn’t get, but also who would charge $4.09 for a bag of chips? I’m frustrated and would like money back.
