9/12/2025 - Update I am writing now specifically about the Potbelly store on Army Trail Road in Bloomingdale, IL. I recently ran into a snafu with the Potbelly app where their broken system caused a cascade of issues with an order and payment. I tried to work through Potbelly customer service to get the issues resolved, but after two weeks, they never responded. Many tables were dirty and staff were loud and inattentive. Also sandwich toppings were wrong and they refused to fix it. Used to be good but staff is now lazy and loud
