One of the best places for your birthday, family friendly and some good food
The waitress started of telling us the wait staff and the kitchen were in a war and she apologizes for any waiting time we had. The muffins were wonderful but we had no plates or butter and did not see our waitress to ask for some. Our food was luke warm when we received it. We never got the fried okra or tomatoes that the waitress said she was bringing as soon as the cooks finished making it. The tables around us saw their waitress/waiter 5 times more than we saw ours. Well, we just left there. It’s 7:12 at night. They were very busy so the slow service didn’t really bother us because of the rolls and all the free okra and fried green tomatoes. The reason we will never be back isn’t because they put food on their menu that they actually don’t serve(seafood platter had 3 of 5 items listed and we weren’t told before it came out), it was because when we mentioned it to the manager he grunted and walked off. I have bragged about this place for almost 2 months because the food and service were so great. Well that was all ruined today. I will NEVER. Spend another dime here. From the moment we walked in the service was slow and poor. I could forgive that but what I won’t tolerate is rude behavior. The waitress the host the manager the roll guy... they were all rude. Great place to have dinner. Fun atmosphere. Ashley was our waitress. She was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. And they guy throwing the rolls was a delight. He really gets into his job. We loved it. Thank you.
we went for first time in January 3. Amy was the best. then went back on 7th and Telaney was great. but we had family tonight and I did not have good service with Sean. two meals was wrong. they did take them off but we had to get our butter,forks,water and napkins. Hope y'all help him out. family dose not want to came back because of service was not good and bathroom need cleaning dust on ceiling
Great service! Food was good! Our server Amy was awesome!
Stopped in last night 30 minutes before closing. Got the salmon and it was great. Amy, my server, was terrific. I was tired and she was accommodating! Brought home enough for 2 more meals! And, of course, the fresh rolls and muffins!!!!!
