I havent been there in five years went this past weekend and it was still great thanks guys font change
I used to love potato shack all through college and it has just gone downhill since then. We went on a gameday a few weeks ago and they literally halved the amount we got, but charged the same amount. Tonight, they apparently don't put sour cream on a potato I am already paying over $7 for. They want me to pay an additional amount for that. Ridiculous! The table behind us was complaining about the same issue.
Worst service ever! Forgot meat on the potato. Wouldn't deliver a new one said we could go there to pick up the meat. Potato was hard. Terrible customer service when you can't even speak when juvenile manager interrupts you. His mother should teach him some manners. Paid cash so they screwed us over only offered an iou for next time. There definitely won't be a next time.
