I specifically placed an order for a hot wing potato with no cheese, and when i got home it was incorrect. When i called back to inform them of this, the person on the phone told me I was wrong and that i didn’t order it without cheese, and proceeded to argue. Can’t manage to take orders right or to provide even halfway decent customer service. Not the first time it’s been wrong from here either.
RecommendedI was not happy to pay $18 for my original and mozzarella sticks but it was amazing worth every penny
Love this restaurant but I literally will never do business with them again will Samantha the so called Shift Manager is still employeed there. She should never have a job in customer service let alone be in charge of anything.

we are 2.2 miles from their store and they won't deliver to us here at the Brayton fire school . good way to do business by refusing to deliver to part of the Texas A&M system
SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. The food was great, but when your food gets literally thrown on the table by someone with a piss poor attitude its not okay.
Not very nice service, I always get someone with a bad attitude. & they make a huge deal about charging you for extra dipping sauces then don’t even include it in the delivery.
