5 years after graduating college, I still stop in at Potato Shack when passing through Huntsville.
Have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed!
The pot roast potato is freeking phenomenal. Buy as many as you can while they are available.

Just ordered for delivery and they forgot to bring 2 cokes, when they came back they brought a whole 6 pack!
Love this place! Can never get enough. Chicken Fried Steak and gravy is the best and can't be beat.
Worst Customer Service Ever! Brought Fried pickles and a Salad without Ranch! I called and complained, they would bring ranch but not fresh pickles. Cold Pickles and Ranch are nasty! Spent over $58.00 with a $10.00 Tip. Bull! Never again!
I would recommend but when the manager charged me for extra sour cream on a ccr when I clearly asked for ranch then got rude when asked for ranch .. when the ccr does not come with sour cream from now on I bake my own potatoes at my shack .. yall crew is about as classy as wing stops
