I felt sorry for one of the employees. She was having a bad time trying to fix a problem with one of the machines. She kindly apologized for the delay in orders while she refilled the napkin dispenser, cleaned the ketchup area, and made lemonade. They seemed to be short-staffed,there were only three employees working, and she was doing too many things at once. I think it was the person in charge because of the black uniform. For a store in the mall, it is worth the drive just for the food. My daughter loves the fries, and I recently decided to try the original fries with chili BBQ. The cashier was super smiley and helped me understand what to order! The only downside is that since it is in the mall, people tend to overcrowd the area.
