I was at first a bit shocked when it came to their prices but the portions are quite large and for me, it worked for two meals, which made it acceptable. The variety of baked potato toppings were great and plentiful. The service staff was extremely nice. My main food complaint though is that they did not offer sour cream on the menu. Maybe you need to ask for it but when filling out the online form it was not an option.
We had the potato coop food truck out to a corporate event and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved the food. Booking and set up went smooth. It was a pleasure working with them to make our work celebration a success.
We enjoyed the unique, potato oriented spins on typical favorite like burgers and chicken fingers. The Coop sauce, that is exclusively made at the restaurant, was particularly flavorful and unique, too. The guy who served us, Jake, was also very friendly and inviting! Definitely recommend going!
Personally, one of the best most unique experiences I had “eating out” I’ve never been a fan of potatoes throughout my life, not for no particular reason, I just never really enjoyed eating them. But MAN when I say this place made me genuinely enjoy them I mean it.
