Out of all the air conditioning companies I called today looking for r 22 because I don’t wanna deal with The one I found, This was the only person that answered the phone Without trying to pressure me into things that I could not do at this time and was sympathetic, and when I’m ready to put in a whole new system next year, they will be the first person I call

I called them on March 5 over a week later they came out to diagnose my problem. Came out again over a week later with a broken used part. Said they would order another one over a week later I called them back no part. Couple of days later I called again. They said they found the new part on Their porch of the business, not normally where they would put packages. I called them for an appointment to have a technician come out to look at my thermostat, since the heat won’t come on. I explained that it’s a thermostat wiring issue and not a unit problem. I was told they’ll let me know when a technician is on the way. A technician never showed up and I never received a call on 11/22. I guess I’ll use another more reliable and professional company next time.

My ac stopped working. I called and they were able to get a technician out and the issue solved in the same day. I also received a follow up call the next day
