Dental hygienist was very thorough and friendly. Very competent at her job, offered explanations and put me at ease. Dr. Mitchell is always a professional, and always offers explanation of any items of concern. I always feel confident that my needs are being met, both now and in the future.
I find welcoming, smiling faces and a personal greeting grin the reception desk the moment I walk in the door, which helps alleviate some of my anxiousness. Then, sitting in the waiting area by the window, I find more calm watching the fountain in the garden area . My hygienist, Katie, is fantastic.
