Thinking of moving here. Would love to hear good and bad about these communities. Are there hidden costs besides lot fees (which are not hidden)? Secure for older couple? How much does lot fee go up annually if at all? Thanks
Visited to look at boat slip rentals. Lady at front desk was not very helpful. When we asked why the different prices for the slips she was very short and said "I don't know. That was managements decision." The way she treats people is uncalled for. She is very rude. I would have let her go if she worked for me. I visited two times so I can't say it was a bad day for her. She was one of my decisions for not renting a slip at Pot-nets.
My father retired down there and had many great years there until his passing. Great place to live!
Great community with awesome neighbors!! Love living at the beach!
Grew up down there great place and a lot of fun! Had a blast.
