We love our place in seaside !!
Horrible security very rude and disrespectful with me and my family even with small children very upsetting and been coming here for years never was treated this way
My family went there for lunch. Horrible security they treated me And my family so badly ! We did not know we could not go to paradise grill with our golf cart from another place. Since we always go in our boat and car. They threatened me in front of my one year old daughter. She was scared And they made me and my family walk back in 90 degree weather home. It was a 1 hour walk no joke! (Since we don’t live there) I had no stroller. I have been going there for years never had any problems until now. Really hurt my feelings b... read more
Love the community! My family and I always enjoy ourselves when we are here.
They claim to have responsibility for cutting trees over 6" in diameter or 25' tall. After filling out the form to get a dead hanging limb taken down almost 30 days ago, last night it fell out of the tree and went through my roof. Their response was "not our problem, call your insurance company". Pretty sad way of doing business with your residents, especially since they knew about it and chose to do nothing. Nice place, terrible management.
Beautiful waterways. A great place to take a walk and enjoy a day in the great outdoors. Seating is available while walking around just in case you need a break. Affordable housing is also a plus.
Our family has enjoyed Pot-Nets and all the amenities for over 15 years and plan to continue as long as possible.

Parents had a place lot 5 River Rd (35 years), which is still there today. I walk my dog all the time in Pot Nets down all the roads, what great memories it brings back💕. The “old” pool-know as pool 1 today was our place to go every day. What a great community, will always love Pot Nets!!!!!
