I walked in right at 8:30 and was told the kitchen was closing. I asked how is the kitchen closing when you stay open till 9pm. I was told the kitchen guys are usually gone by 8:30. I told the server that you don’t go to any restaurant and the kitchen closes 30 mins early. Restaurants are to serve food until they the close. We enjoy the Pho very much. Recently discovered their P15 steamed vegetables. Excellent and lots of fresh veggies. Excellent.
