I've had knee pain for many years. I've been to multiple chiros, physios etc but none were able to resolve the pain. Clinton understood the cause of the pain, and he was able to show me exercises to help. After a few sessions my knees feel better than they've done in decades. As well as that I feel stronger and more aligned. Clinton is an all round great guy and I can't recommend his services highly enough.
Highly recommend Clinton at Posture Therapy! Very gentle approach and super effective, within a short period of time he has me well and truly on the road to recovery from a three year injury!! Cannot recommend him highly enough, thank you Clinton!!
Friendly, easy going, I found my lower back had instant relief and was only a 20 minute session. Highly recommend
