I highly recommend Jake and his exercise associate Phil. I’ve seen Jake for 20+ years and he is the only medical massage bodywork expert I trust. In 30-60 minutes he can diagnose your issue and tell you what you need to do to correct it. In February, I had a grade 2 muscle tear and he and Phil nursed me back to health, helped me strengthen my muscles and make needed corrections to my posture and stride. I’m so grateful and we are lucky to have such expertise in the Indianapolis area.

This is science and not a miracle but the progress I have made in a few months feels like a miracle to me.
