He overcharges babies extra $7 for passport pictures. Adults $12.99,babies $19.99. When i said,it's not fair to overcharge babies extra $7 he said, babies are headache!!? He thinks babies are headache! When i give him my feedback,he didn't accept it and he talked over to me,angry and hung up the phone.I advised him to take a customer service and work ethics classes to improve his poor customer service skills, price and his temper.

I dont often post reviews but what happened today was shocking. I was fraudulently charged twice (my CC used to be on file with them) for the same services - a bank transaction from the past that came to my notice (note this has happened before at Postnet so check your account carefully- once before it was thankfully corrected) but this time maybe because the owner does not get business from me any more, refused to even acknowledge or correct his mistake and offer me a refund… See more

The owner is incredibly abusive to customers. Look at the Yelp page for this location. The parent company is very aware of the disgusting attitude and actions of the owner, Rich, but nothing is done. This place is a stain on the Jersey City small business community. Do not shop here is you care about your city and your neighbors.

A special thanks to Rick, Margie, and Isa. They have been of wonderful service to our family for years. They are courteous, professional, and reliable. Our neighborhood is fortunate to have them. Their PostNet location is perfect, and their hours are accommodating. Make sure to check out their many services. We hope they remain here for many years to come. With utmost gratitude, the Roca Family.

So grateful that Richard, Margie and Essa are here in Jersey City - Post offices are few and FAR between in Jersey City and hard to get to. Grove Street Post net lets me get printing done and also send out my mail without having to wander trying to find a post office in Jersey City. Thank you for years of great work and support Richard and great staff!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! POSTNET IS A DISEASED CANCER THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE DOWNTOWN JERSEY CITY BUSINESS ROSTER. This is my experience with POSTNET. A week ago I am working with my Tax Person and she explains to me that I have two options for sending out some tax information, I can either go to the Post Office on Montgomery St. or if I did not want to walk the distance I could go to POSTNET, however, she did warn me that this establishment is exorbitantly expensive. I decide to use POSTNET because how expensive co... read more

Just amazing, jaw dropping, great service! I live on the west coast and bought some items off of Craig's List in Jersey City at a great price. The seller had no car to transport the items to a pack and ship store. It was 3 days after Super Storm Sandy and many stores had no power, staff or packing material. Ooops Rich, "The Magnificent" came to my rescue finding someone to pick up my items from the seller and bring them to PostNet. He spent a lot of time and effort figuring the safest yet most economical way to ship everythi... read more
