After having my mailbox broke into a half a dozen times, I finally came to Postnet and there has not been a day that I have regretted the move. Courteous kind, top-notch customer service Along with that personal touch given to you by each employee in the store.

Very disappointing customer service from the first moment. From my experience you CAN NOT park on a red, UPS have a sign not to park on the red, people will not be served. So I was looking for a parking and finally found one. Another person parked on the red at the entrence. I asked the girl in front if it's ok, she told me there is a drop box on the side, and if im dropping something so it's ok. The person that parked didnt go to drop the box outside, he went inside to ship some mail and receive a package. So im asking her ... read more
