Went in today to do a Live Scan. The person who helped me was very professional and efficient.
Needed a Live Scan for volunteering at Church. PostNet store was very clean and bright inside. Caty was very helpful and efficient, whole process was easy. I don’t usually bother with reviews, but it’s rare the last few years to get good customer service. Caty made an errand I wasn’t eager to do a good experience. Will go here next time I need to drop off any shipping.
Very rude and unprofessional employees when I went in he ignored me until I asked for help then when he started scanning my packages he acted very annoyed. After that, I needed to buy bubble mailers because I ran out, and they were charging $2.15 per one which is ridiculous. I will not be going back to postnet.
I use the Rosedale and Olive Drive PostNet locations for all my printing, shirt and marketing materials. Their quality service and quick turnaround make them indispensable to my business.
