Have used this business to mail Christmas packages for decades. Today, was treated horribly and will not give them business nor recommend them any longer. Another customer told me that it sold and Caesar was no longer there ... thus, the horrible service. And, the place was a mess, complete disarray.
They are 2 months behind on checking in mail for my digital mailbox service that they charge me $150 a year. Used to be a reliable service, and now in the last 2 years it's become a huge hassle to receive any mail there. Anytime I need something done I have to beg the owner to please check for my mail that is somewhere in their mess of an office. Would not recommend.
Went inside to send out a package, Needed it to be bubble wrapped and sent. The guy was Not very friendly at the counter. Told me he was too busy to do my package and to come back later. Been coming here for years, I think this will be my last time.
