The scanner wouldn't scan my parcel so they said they wouldn't take it? There's a tracking number. Enter it. Do your job that you're paid to do.
It cost almost $6 to print, scan, and email one page. I mentioned that my document contained sensitive information, and the employee read my email off of the document instead of using the email that I sent the document to them through. It made me incredibly uncomfortable.
