Legal documents accepted for priority UPS pickup before courier pick-up time not given to courier. Telephone communications with facility store personnel next day confirmed the priority package was still there. According to the document receiver this has been a reoccurring issue with this UPS drop-off facility. Either the UPS courier did not make the facility pick-up (which seems highly unlikely) or the facility personnel are unaware that a "Priority" means they should make every effort to insure the package goes out. that's... read more
