Tonight was undoubtedly the worst dining experience I have ever had. Food was mediocre. We were a party of 6 and everyone's comment was "my food isn't even warm". Our waitress was one of the worst and MIA for most of the meal. The owner visited our table often but never once offered an apology. If she had only acknowledged the problem she might have been able to save the night. We had to wait long periods of time for everything from ice to coffee, desserts and even the tickets. I will never dine there again.
