Very, very disappointed with the quality of the cuisine. To be fair salad with bacon, corn, heirloom tomatoes, spring lettuce and innovative dressing was excellent. Disappointments: filet mignon was rare to raw not med-rare as requested and way over seasoned with peppercorn to the point that the taste was mainly pepper!
