Helpful friendly staff!
I love this place. It's a very well run business. Everyone knows how to do everything. If you need a passport photo or something notarized there's no waiting for the one person that knows how to do it.
We are a small local company that relies on high quality and timely printing and shipping. Every experience from them has been excellent. Whenever we ask for services from Postal Annex on Broadway- they nail it, they get it done well. For example, the color, thickness of paper, sizing, of what needs to be printed. Most importantly, communication- they are transparent about the process. Thank you, Ben and the Postal Annex team.
Understaffed and a little crabby. Had to wait 15 minutes to drop off an ups package and got snapped at for having the gall to ask if I could just drop off the package. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to say “absolutely I’m helping another customer I should be done in 15..”
The BEST place to get Bday cards etc plus their service is always great. I lived a couple blocks away & they were my go to for everything. I moved to Beaverton to be closer to my new job in Hillsboro. I had to go back to find decent(but great!) Bday cards. I looked all over the normal places in Hillsboro & Bvrtn, the cards were Boring.
