I followed the instructions to buy a vensosMart robot vacuum when I got to the end after I gave my credit card information it said processing and wait a moment. I waited 25 minutes. I called and spoke to someone who said keep waiting. I said I can't wait forever so he said cancel and start over. I did that and it said purchase limit reached even though they said I was not in their system. I think there's some fraud going on here.
