The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. It was a real pleasure to be here, send a package, and just chat. They pay tremendous attention to detail.

I am a receiver of stuff that gets packed here and shipped to me (from a local store) it is always well packed.
Guy behind the counter was yelling at my coworker while the office and I were on the phone with her, so everyone at UTDell Medical could hear. This is not the first time this has happened here. We were a witness to it firsthand several months ago. My husband and I won’t be using this business anymore because of this. The owner has been very respectful and professional when we’ve used them in the past and my husband is disappointed to have to go somewhere else but believes it’s best.
