many positive reviews but all old. now the department works disgustingly. sent a parcel outside the US, they did not process it correctly, so customs returned it back, they refused to return the money. the last parcel sent from them, also international, was lost, I'm sure it was also due to an error. so if you want to waste time and money, you can use their services

They never scan in my packages. It takes days to get any tracking. This is the fourth time, and it’s always the same. Lovely staff though when it domes to customer service. Just please scan in the packages.
Went here to get documents notarized since the UPS store notary has bad hours / availability. Here, they always have a notary from open to close, so don’t bother with the UPS store and go here instead.
