This location is outstanding and truly the best in Portland. I’ve shipped items from several places in the city, and none compare to the exceptional service provided here. I gladly drive out of my way just to visit this branch because the customer service is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, making the shipping experience surprisingly pleasant. I cannot recommend the Johns Landing Postal Annex highly enough—if I could give ten stars, I certainly would.
This place is great, I do all my shipping here, and it is always a pleasant experience. Everyone I've worked with is kind and helpful, and gets things taken care of in a timely manner.
What a great place!!!! The people are wonderful, they have sooo much amazing stationary that is beautifully organized, they have the cutest mailing supplies, their long list of services is very impressive, great hours, great parking, they keep your info if you want ao mailing is faster next time. SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE!
