The ladies who work there are so nice and always very helpful. They have all kinds of little gifts, knickknack type of stuff, paper, tape, etc. And during the Christmas holiday they have a rack w/these miniature record players that really work and comes w/ three little Christmas records that can actually play!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I’ve been coming here over the last year since moving to John’s Landing. I think this Postal Annex is a cut above. The people that work here have always been so courteous and kind, and genuinely helpful. They remember my name, my dogs name and my mailbox number. I’ve had a lot of packages delivered here and never had any issues. They provide a very reliable service in my opinion. Some USPS locations could certainly learn some customer service from this team!

This location is outstanding and truly the best in Portland. I’ve shipped items from several places in the city, and none compare to the exceptional service provided here. I gladly drive out of my way just to visit this branch because the customer service is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, making the shipping experience surprisingly pleasant. I cannot recommend the Johns Landing Postal Annex highly enough—if I could give ten stars, I certainly would.

This place is great, I do all my shipping here, and it is always a pleasant experience. Everyone I've worked with is kind and helpful, and gets things taken care of in a timely manner.
