Every time I come here I have issues returning from Amazon. They don’t accept QR codes. Items need to be boxed. They weren’t even willing to tape down my package when I brought the item in a box one time.
Disappointing experience. Service was slow and staff didn’t seem particularly clued in. Pricing felt inflated, especially when it came to postal rates. I was defaulted to FedEx without being clearly offered cheaper options. By comparison, Postal Junction is much quicker, transparent about pricing, and consistently finds the cheapest UPS or USPS rate instead of pushing FedEx. I won’t be returning.
I've been going there for few years and always found them to be very friendly. Good customer service and they take care of your packages.
DO NOT GO HERE! They are saving people’s private information on their computers. I just went there to print a document and discovered many private documents like bank statements saved to a documents folder and the desktop. I alerted the manager, and not only did she seem to know about this, but clearly tried to brush over it. I will be reporting them. But please beware!
