I've come in many times to drop off pre-paid packages, never had any issues. It just typically adds one more day before the package gets its first scan compared to dropping off at the post office, in my experience. I've also had copies made here and shipped a few packages, staff have always been attentive and courteous. Note if you mail a package from here, the rates are more expensive than the post office, and prices on packaging are steep, so you're paying for the convinience.

Brought in a return item. No printed receipt whatsoever for tracking but an email only if you ask for it. The staff appeared polite though.

Went to ship a simple package. Girl working was visibly under the influence, was slurring, making typing errors, entered that my package 150 inches and didn't notice till I pointed it out, she also wrote in the description of the package - "Pretty girlyy in linee." It was at that point that I felt so uncomfortable, I took the package and left. Weird...
