I was apprehensive going to this location after reading the reviews, however I was pleasantly superoxide at the exceptionally kind service I experienced not once, but three times. Twice in-person and once over the phone. Every single employee I interacted with went above and beyond in helping me mail my package and get documents notarized. Would definitely use again.

Zero stars if I could. Went there yesterday to ship a couple of packages having pre-paid shipping labels. Walked in, place was empty (what you would expect from a business with a 2.3 star rating). Long brown-haired guy behind the counter has his back to the door, his full attention on whatever non-work stuff he's doing on his computer. This is the same guy who has his socks and shoes off while he works there, he's "helped" me in my last visit. I'm a former employee back in the early 2000's. What has happened to this place is a pathetic joke. It feels dirty and cramped. Half the lights weren't working. What happened???
