Customer service went above and beyond!
Don’t use this location if you’re expecting mail from ipostal. They will lose your mail! The whole point of your service to safely secure our mail. Useless
I would like to update my review spoke to the owner Brian he was such a gentleman and got my problem situated. I truly appreciate him taking the time out of his busy schedule to make this situation right and I do plan to stay there and I appreciate the kind words and his patience with me and his customer service went beyond what I expected. Thank you again Brian.
New owner is a very rude and is a racist man. He referred to me in racist slurs send told me to speak English better, because I asked if my mail was misplaced or stolen he became very upset started using racist slurs that were offensive, and the fact that I’ve been a customer and had a mailbox there for closer to 20 years didn’t matter so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Please be cautious with these people. Your mail will be stolen if you have a box at this location
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE FOR LIVESCAN. I CAME HERE PAID $72 for LiveScan. It came back as poor quality finger prints. Went back again to redo LiveScan. Once again I received a letter stating poor quality prints. There was 3 people there going back for the same reason. They should just call it LiveSCAM. Go some where else and Avoid the headache.
