I went to pick up a U-Haul reservation at 9am as scheduled on a Saturday morning and they didn’t have the truck. We had reserved online one week in advance and confirmed in person within days prior to pickup. They tried to offer a smaller size truck, which was already reserved by the man behind us in line, who was upset by this offer. I really wanted to like this place and support them — I’m a small business owner myself and I always try to support family businesses. Unfortunately my three month experience here was consistently disappointing and I will not be renewing my PO Box. When I asked for a key to my own PO Box the owner told me “most clients don’t need a key, they just ask me for their mail.” That alone should have been a red flag. Shipped a package overseas, and got a message that it required action from shipper. Called to request that it be resolved. The rep said they’ll call back that day but never did! Then I called back the next day asking for follow up, he hung up mid conversation. Not sure how people conduct business like this.
Omgosh this place sent my package to the WRONG address!!! I showed them which address & they inputted it incorrectly. Now my package is lost! I can’t believe they did this. The package was almost $100 plus I paid close to $10 to send it. He was so fixated on showing me light bulbs & light fixtures that he entered the WRONG address for my package to be sent to. I feel so upset right now!
