This would be the type of place I would stop by just to say hi. I absolutely loved the customer service. Ravi is very kind and always with a big smile. He is more than willing to help. Natalie is also very nice. She helped me rent my uhaul and was very professional. It's definitely worth using this place as your go-to shipping annex.
These guys go out of their way to be as helpful as they can be. And if they can’t help you there, they direct you to someone who can.
