These ladies were SO HELPFUL and did my fingerprints without an appointment. I am so grateful.
It took forever even with an appointment, go the one at ebenezee they waste your time here. It should take 10 mins in and out but here it took over 30 minutes, worst place to go

Like most places nowadays they over book and run behind by 20-30 minutes. Plan accordingly.
I rarely write negative reviews but this whole experience was a waste of time. My husband and I are in the process of becoming foster parents. We were scheduled to get our prints taken by a third party, an agency. On November 1st we arrived early, about 15 mins before our appointment. The two women working were uninterested in displaying any sort of welcome to us and abruptly shared that they were very behind because their computer was acting up.
