The customer service lower than 1 star. Rude and evil. The scary part, this is POSTAL service and they will know your address and name so they are dangerous if they got mad on you. Just read their reaction reply on the last one customer who left 1 star review. Unbelievable, scary and so sad! They are forgot the business rule: "The customers is always right, even when they're wrong" ALWAYS read 1 star reviews before get service here

I am a return customer, store owner and staff always nice, professional friendly and knowledgeable. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Postal Annex reviews anything other than excellent or good reviews would have to be a personal problem from customers own problem. This is my professional opinion as a retired Auto executive of 30 years.
Тhis shipping company does NOT offer notary or passport photo services like they advertise — they only do shipping. They are NOT friendly, NOT professional, and definitely NOT efficient. The staff were mean and angry. When I told them they should update and correct the services listed on Google, the man got mad and started yelling at me.
