I was having difficulty with the passport pictures I had taken from other passport picture places for the Visas needed for Brazil. Brazil was extremely specific. The manager and his staff pulled up the Brazilian picture instructions from the website, cropped the pictures to fit, and uploaded the pic onto my Visa application.
