I have never had a bad experience here. In fact they have often gone above and beyond to help me out. I've been visiting the Gorge every summer for five years. For some reason or another I always end up at the post annex. Shipping a package. Or buying supplies for shipping. They are always hrlpful.
Amazing experience. I can see why they’ve been operating for so long at such an efficient level. They deliver excellent customer service and I’ve never had any issues. Will continue to use their services and recommend. 10/10
Is 10 Stars Possible? I'm traveling from out of state (Texas). I had a lens issue as I'm a photographer. I ordered a new lens from B&H Photo (awesome company!) in New York and had them ship it to these guys. Next day delivery at about 11am. There was an issue with the lens and the next one I order. They sent both back for me and the third lens I received was flawless! And FLAWLESS was the service I got from Postal Annex! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thanks... Jack from Texas.
