Postal Annex is the best print shop! They go above and beyond. The owner is incredibly friendly, and has done an excellent job of building a team that values quality customer service as much as he does. I got my business cards printed here. I also print flyers and posters for shows here, and every time I leave with a smile on my face, because of how nice everybody is.

I ship with Postal Annex in Hood River throughout the year, I have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Today was extra special. What could have been a stressful experience with my two year old in tow, we were meet with friendliness and patience from Court. He of course helped me get the best deal to get my Christmas gifts delivered in time but also encouraged my toddler in having a wonderful experience as well. The owner/manager Cort went above and beyond for me. I was out of town, in Wyoming, when I realized Cort's business had accidentally selected the incorrect prioritization of my rent check when they FedEx'd it for me. Cort informed me that he would refund me having to spend another $100 to FedEx the check from Wyoming. When I returned to the Hood River location, Cort made good on the agreement and refunded my additional cost. He's a man of professionalism and integrity. Will absolutely continue to frequent his business.

I was having a hard time uploading a picture, and had to go couple of times to the Postal Annex store for this , William was super helpful and helped me out, we need more people like you, great customer care! Way to go William!
