During a long weekend in Hood River I needed to get some family paperwork notarized and mailed. I found the most amazing team at this Postal Annex in Hood River! So friendly, professional and helpful. I felt like I made new friends and I hope I have a reason to mail something next time I’m in Hood River! It would literally be a pleasure to pop in and say hello to the team!
I cannot say enough good things about this Postal Annex location! Every staff member I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been kind, informative, patient, and overall a joy (which we don't get to say often about running errands!) While every time I've been in has been a breeze, I was particularly impressed with and grateful for the owner and young man working who helped me with a massive project. Fast, friendly and professional! The PostalAnnex is the only place I go for shipping services in the gorge. Couldn't be any easier. Cute gift shop with cards and such too.
Under new ownership/management and it’s awesome. Court is extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us with a huge delivery. He called as soon as it showed up to let us know, and made the whole process so smooth! Would highly recommend using Postal Annex Hood River for any mailing/receiving job!
Very kind and helpful owner. Needed to get some documents printed, and he was very quick and helpful. Will be using them for all of my printing from now on.
