I TOOK MY COMPUTER THERE THE SATURDAY BEFORE HE WAS CLOSED DOWN TO HAVE WINDOWS 8 REMOVED, HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF HOURS. MADE AN EXCUSE THE PRINTER WAS NOT WORKING SO HE WOULD NOT HAVE TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT. CALLED A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER, HE TOLD ME IT WAS TAKING LONG THEN HE THOUGHT, BECAUSE HE HAD TO INSTALL SOME THINGS MANUALLY. SAID IT WOULD BE READY MONDAY. This place has been shut down by the City of Henderson and from what I understand, the US Postal Service is investigating them as well. A sign on their door says they have been shut down for violating the public trust. Go Figure!

Went there with intent to have my computer diagnosed for intrusion. Left a 2 month old MAC and was told it would be ready next day - he falsely claimed to work with and represent a company specializing in this type of work. He quickly cashed my $1,250 check, along with $500 cash. But the computer wasn't ready when promised. Subsequent delays and promises were made. Visits to the shop (from out of state) to get computer and report were made, to no avail. I am out the money, plus my MAC. This guy is a crook - don't do business... read more

Don't know why he calls it Postal Tech which is what you see from the street. Been there several times, nobody there my times there but one solo owner and some old computers he's working on along with 3 new TVs hanging from the wall, one always on playing something. Was trying to mail something last time there noticed I had filled piece out incorrectly, began to correct my mistake the owner tried to hurry me up, rude with one other customer in store who was in no hurry doing something else at the time. I couldnt get online and some program kept popping up trying to get me to buy there protection after I installed this free media player thing. I took it to some place on Green Valley and they wanted $100.00 just to look at it, forget that. Lady at the grocery store told me where she takes her family computers and wouldnt trust anyone else, so I trusted her. Had to write a review for you guys for being so AWESOME! Took our laptop to some dorks on Sunset. 10 DAYS LATER. They called me and said it would be over $200.00 to replace the Hard Drive and put Windows back on. Took it Postal Techs and they called me 2 days later and said the Hard Drive was fine but had virus infections. They backed up my data AND reinstalled Windows and the programs for only $30.00. Thank you sooooooo much XOXOXOXOXO..

Took my laptop to a place on Eastern, hey wanted $75.00 just to look at it to tell me what was wrong. So I payed it and then recieved a call later it would be 250 bucks just to reinstall windows. So I took it to Postal Techs and they charged me a FLAT $30.00 TO REINSTALL WINDOWS. Thank you thank you thank you Tara
