Shipped canister set to Pennsylvania. Chose this shipper because item was fragile. Brought canister set in bubble wrapped and questioned shipper if it was okay. He stated he would pack it with peanuts, mark it fragile, and it would be fine. Package arrived damaged and shipper stated he never saw the original item. The best service in worcester Ma. Simply the best.
I am very dissapointed. Went Friday at 5:40 and you were closed when hours are till 6:00pm. Change your hours or be open when you are supposed to.
It's so much better than the US post office in so many ways. Shorter lines - no waiting - friendlier service - cheaper rates .
