Terrible experience. Package left there 10/29/18, 10 minutes before UPS pickup, never was picked up or scanned into system. Package had a Macy's return printed label, and was securely wrapped. UPS can't do anything because there is no record of the pickup. Owner's wife was only one in the store, owner knows nothing. Macy's knows nothing, can't do anything.
