Not a great apartment experience. I have lived here almost 2 years and honestly it continues to go downhill. The unit itself is nice, there is a decent size gym and the pool area is large. Those are about the only positives. There are not enough parking spaces so if you come home past 10 PM, it is nearly impossible to find a space. There is constant construction that disrupts working from home and/or your Saturdays. Worst apartment I have even lived in. Tight parking lot with limited spots. Maintenance does not fix anything in the apartments or common areas. 2/4 of the elevators were not working the entire time I lived there. Constantly trash, vomit, dog poop or pee in the hallways and common spaces. Most of the building is rarely cleaned except the portion they show on tour.
