Do NOT rent here. The apartment and location are fine, but the management is horrible. It is highly overpriced for a place that is constantly having issues. Whether it be that I can't receive packages sent here or haven't had access to my own mailbox for 2 months, this is insane. I can't wait to move.
Very bad customer service, they discriminated me because of my race and last name and made the process of getting apartment very hard even though I have excellent job, not recommended
Great place to live at. Amenities are renewed, and service is quick. Leasing office are great answering on time !
In March all the residents were informed that we would be having smart locks installed on our doors. It was cancelled due to the pandemic and we were told that it would be rescheduled for a safer time. Fast forward to July. Dallas County is reporting 1000+ cases daily. We are notified that we will be getting smart locks installed now and that the team who will be doing the install will wear PPE, including masks and gloves and that they will be sanitizing any surfaces they touch.
