Do not buy from PostUp. They are no longer PostUp, they are now Displays2go in Massachusetts. PostUp was a Cleveland proud local company that used to care about it's employees. Displays2go used Covid-19 as an excuse to fire everyone in Cleveland and steal our jobs. They fired us all with an email! Not even a phone call. No severance pay for the countless years of service that built this company. Nothing. This is a greedy company.

Poor customer service. I bought a banner which was fine. I later wanted a case for it- I contacted postup and noted the specific banner I'd bought. They directed me to a case, which I purchased. It was the wrong size- didn't fit at all. They asked me to return it, even though the return shipment was almost the same as the original cost. I sent it back. It took about a month to get refunded the original cost. They also said they'd refund my shipping cost- well, almost 2 months later, that has yet to happen. Beware if t... read more

Awful company. You would think that paying $2000+ for a banner stand that they would at least try to hit the deadline they said they could meet. The day it was supposed to be here, I called and they had not even printed it. It will not make the show. They ruined our trade show booth. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
