Efficient, knowledgeable, polite.
Raymond and the service manager did a fantastic Job in my recent car service. I greatly appreciate the discussion the loaner car and the work done. I believe the new process which includes pictures and videos explaining the necessary repairs is a plus!
The checkin experience was very lengthy for me but it was also a first. I had not even driven the car 100 miles so I didn't really expect to be having the car serviced. Then imagine my surprise to get a list of maintenance issues when like I said, I hadn't even had a chance to drive the car very much. It wasn't the people providing me service at fault.
