Arrived Christmas eve for service. They had rescheduled my appointment but an error on MY part missed the change. They were 10 minutes from early closing but got me in for an oil change and tire rotation. They went the extra mile to do this. Since we live 80 miles from Tulsa this was really helpful to us. Can't get in for service, when scheduling online it says to call then no response to phone messages
Disappointed in my service and the management response to my issue. Took my car in for oil and transmission oil change. They called and said air need a few more services, which I agreed to. Bill was over $1000. Once I picked up bill and started going over it, realized that most of my services were on sale and their invoice did not reflect any of them. Was over charged by over $100.
