After living at the Colonial Grand at Ayrsley as my lease comes to an end there are a few concerns that I had living here and it is not worth the money. The office staff shows no consideration as to online payment system after paying on time every month. When you put in a order they do the minimum to make sure things are fixed accurately. They lied to us about what unit we were going to get for 2 months, and then tried to get us to sign a new lease at the summer price, keep in mind we were transferring after living there for a full year. They don't care about human beings, literally only care about themselves. I have lived in this apartment complex over a year and a half and slowly but surely its been filled with inconsiderate pet owners. There is dog poop all over the property including the hallways. Occasionally you'll get a nice pile of urine to go along with it. Pet owners let their dogs in the pool. They gather in common areas to let their dogs run off leash and bark incessantly. This apartment complex is the worst managed complex I have ever experienced. The staff do not seem to care and are unable to resolve simple questions related to bill payment, how to set-up shared rent automatic debit (My daughters roommate and I had to go into their system 4 months in a row because it would not work). I've lived here with my mom since the beginning of last year. We've had flea problems with our small dog since about the 3rd month being here. We just happen to live right across from the dog park although I can't say for sure where the issue is coming from exactly. We've complained to the office staff multiple times to spray outside for fleas and they tell us that the area is too big.
